Our Privacy Policy

Craftstones Europe Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy.

We are required to ask for certain details of personal data from our customers, in order for the company to process and send orders and raise Invoices and Credit Notes.

This information is securely stored electronically, with paper copies filed in locked cabinets.

The company will collect and store only such personal data as is required to provide the customer with the goods and services requested.

The company will never share personal customer data with third parties. However, we may sometimes need to share the personal information we process with the following third parties: ombudsman, regulators, public authorities and security organisations, such as the police, HM Revenue and Customs and the Information Commissioner’s Office, to the extent required by law, regulation, court order or if necessary to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights, including if we suspect fraud or attempted fraud.

The company will never keep on file data relating to Credit or Debit Cards used by our customers. When a card transaction has taken place, we will retain the Merchant copy of the card receipt for the statutory period, in a secure, locked location.

The company will retain the said personal customer data whilst the individual or company is an active customer of Craftstones Europe Ltd. However, once an account has been dormant for a period of seven years, all of this information will be erased, deleted and destroyed.

Craftstones Europe will, from time to time, send out bulletins in the form of e-mails, detailing the contents of new shipments and our attendance at exhibitions. All new and existing customers will be asked to give their consent to receive such communications.

Customers have the right to view the personal data held by the company.

Customers have the right to complain to the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) if they believe that there is a problem with the way their data is being used and/or stored.
