Minimum order
The minimum order value, exclusive of carriage and V.A.T. is £100.00
Minimum Quantities
Please observe the minimum quantities as stipulated for various items.
Prices
All prices are quoted in GB£, ex works Redhill, and exclusive of carriage and V.A.T. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of our price list, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Delivery
Unless requested to the contrary, UK deliveries will be dispatched by carrier or Parcelforce, whichever is the more economical. Postage and delivery charges are invoiced at cost, and V.A.T. is payable thereon.
Payment
Account holders
30 days from date of invoice. A charge of 2.5% will be levied on account holders who wish to pay their account by credit card after 30 days’ credit has been granted.
Others
Credit cards. We can accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo. Cheque/cash with order or on receipt of pro-forma invoice.
Credit facilities
After a period of 6 months continuous trading, customers are welcome to apply for credit facilities.
Visiting Customers
Customers are very welcome and encouraged to visit, but please by appointment only.
R.D.Cheques
In the event of cheques being returned RD by the bank, the bank charges incurred will be charged back to the customer’s account.
Back orders
Will normally be held for 2 months, unless requested to the contrary.
Claims and Returns
Any claims and returns must please be made within 10 days of receipt of the parcel. Returns should be securely packed and well parcelled. Should the tumblestones in any one bag be deemed to be unsatisfactory, the entire contents of the bag must please be returned. We regret we cannot accept returns of stones that have been sorted through. The same principle applies to cabochons.
Loss in transit
In the event of a parcel arriving damaged and with missing/broken items, please advise us immediately and retain ALL packaging for inspection by the requisite authorities.
Insurance
All UK sendings are insured by us at our expense. On overseas deliveries the cost of insurance may be added to the invoice.
Special orders
Goods especially ordered, or specifically designed and/or assembled on behalf of a customer order, and which can be said to be a contract to supply will be subject to individual and mutual binding confirmation.
Shared information
Customer information will be stored by the company and credit information may be shared for monitoring and administration purposes with our representative body The GA and with other members of The GA
General
All publications of the company are copyright. The right is reserved to cancel any quotations made without notice. The company can accept no responsibility as a result of strikes, lock outs, terrorism, force majeure or Acts of God. Specifically requested back orders will be considered binding. We accept no responsibility for latent defects in standard lines offered.
Ownership
All goods remain the property of Craftstones Europe Ltd until fully paid. If the buyer fails to pay in full, Craftstones Europe Ltd reserve the right to recover the goods. Ownership of the goods passes to the buyer on receipt of full payment.
