Peach Aventurine

Variety of translucent Quartzite – medium to dark peach to orange.

Aventurine is most commonly associated with the colour green.  However it can be found in many other variations such as red, white, and yellow. Inclusions of Mica flecks within the matrix give the stone a sparkling quality, providing an eye catching finish when highly polished.

Inclusions of Haematite are responsible for the more vibrant colours associated with Aventurine – alongside Lepidolite in Pink and Red varieties .

Aventurine is commonly used to soothe anxiety and alleviate fears, while promoting other practical qualities such as leadership and emotional strength.
