K2 (Dark)

Tumbled specimen of high grade K2. Also known as K2 Granite, or Raindrop Azurite, this stone consists of a grey matrix with small blue spheres of Azurite embedded within. Some pieces may feature a green stain from Malachite.

It is found at the base of the second highest mountain in the world, a formation in Pakistan known as Mount Godwin Austen, or more commonly ‘K2’.
